End User License Agreement

One Cubed QuickBooks Online Integration

Effective date: May 9, 2026

1. Scope

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the One Cubed Consulting ("One Cubed") private integration with QuickBooks Online ("QBO") (the "Software"). The Software is a single-tenant, internal-use integration designed and operated by One Cubed solely for accessing One Cubed's own QBO company data via Intuit's authorized OAuth 2.0 flow.

2. License grant

One Cubed grants you ("the User") — here meaning the principal of One Cubed Consulting — a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to operate the Software for the sole purpose of connecting to and reading One Cubed's own QBO ledger.

3. Restrictions

The Software is not distributed to, licensed to, or operated on behalf of any third party. The Software does not store, transmit, or share QBO data with any party other than the operating User. No reverse engineering, redistribution, sublicensing, or commercial resale is permitted. The Software does not modify QBO data; access is read-only by design.

4. Data handling

Data accessed via the Software is governed by One Cubed's Privacy Policy and Intuit's published QBO API terms. The Software respects all OAuth scope grants issued by Intuit and accesses only data the granted scopes permit.

5. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. One Cubed does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, One Cubed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Software, including loss of data or business interruption.

7. Termination

This license terminates automatically if the User revokes the OAuth grant in QBO. Upon termination, the User shall cease all use of the Software and destroy any locally cached tokens.

8. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
